The Twikey plug-in in Cox Automotive automatically sends a mandate with each new customer created. After signing the mandate, the customer creation is approved in the system. Once the direct debit mandate is signed, Cox Automotive can forward the payment orders through Twikey and perform automatic collections on the customer's account.
If mandates are changed by the customer or by Cox Automotive this will become automatically visible in Twikey.

A customer is created in Cox Automotive.
The customer will receive the invitation to sign the mandate via email.
The customer signs the mandate, the customer creation is completed and the mandate is fed back to Cox Automotive.
Transactions are performed automatically via Twikey and taken directly from the customer's account.
