The mandate data in the mandate-related information are not identical to the data in the mandate (changes were not communicated). The mandate data does not match the mandate information already provided. In case of an amendment of the mandate: the original IBAN and the new IBAN are the same.
Possible root cause
The mandate was not modified in accordance with the EPC rules. The modified information is not correct.
What can you do?
Twikey does not follow the EPC's advice in this case : sign a new mandate instead of trying to correct it. Not all banks process the changes in exactly the same way.
