RR02 Debtor name and/or address mandatory for regulatory reasons is incomplete or missing

Occurs when?

Missing debtor name. Missing address in case of non-European direct debits. Note: This code cannot be used in certain SEPA countries for data protection reasons. Alternatively, MS03 can be used.

Possible root cause

Creditor : for the creditor bank, the debtor name is a mandatory data for the SDD collection.

What can you do?

Restore the SDD direct debit file to complete the debtor name. Contact the creditor bank.
